Join us aboard the Sea Angler, a 65-foot long and 22 feet wide fishing vessel. The Sea Angler has a speed of 10 knots and a bait capacity of 60 scoops. With a comfortable galley, its a perfect boat for 3/4 day fishing trips. During the months of May through October, the Sea Angler departs daily at 7:00 a.m. and returns between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. During the winter months, you can join her on her popular Sanddab trips, which depart at 7:00 a.m. During the spring and summer months she catches Sand Bass, Calico Bass, Barracuda, Bonito, Yellowtail, White Seabass, Halibut and numerous assorted Rockfish. The Sea Angler fishes local waters but is known to go across to Catalina in pursuit of a good bite.
Usually the Sea Angler fishes from Santa Monica Bay to Newport Beach, but her main targeted area is the famous Horseshoe Kelp. Owner/Operators Greg Watson and Greg Watson Jr. together with their friendly and knowledgeable crew are committed to providing you with the best in attentive, friendly, professional service.
